operated the firm of The Law Offices of Michael Latimer in Boerne, Texas. From 1997-2011, he was a partner in the firm of Harkins,
Latimer, & Daul, P.C. He is the former City Prosecutor for the City of Grey Forest. Presently, he is the Municipal Judge for the City of
Grey Forest, the alternate Municipal Judge for the City of Helotes, and the former City Prosecutor for the City of Fair Oaks.

Mr. Latimer’s primary areas of practice include Labor and Employment Law and Civil Rights Law; Title VII discrimination, Age
Discrimination in Employment and Wage and Hour Claims. He also handles criminal law cases and consumer law cases.Mr.
Latimer is a frequent speaker on Title VII law, worker’s compensation retaliation and Fair Labor Standards Act.
